Privacy Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Business Debt Relief Group ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit this website or contact us.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, state, the type of inquiry, any description you choose to share, and whether you opted in to text messages. If you choose, you may also include optional follow-up answers (such as number of advances or payment status) and calculator or self-assessment results — these are only sent when you leave the "include my results" box checked and submit. We also record the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and campaign information from the link that brought you to the site (such as UTM parameters and referring page), and a one-way hashed version of your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.

Calculators and the self-assessment run in your browser. Numbers you enter are not stored by us unless you choose to send them with an inquiry. Downloading or printing a summary or checklist happens on your device.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, bank account credentials, Social Security numbers, or account numbers through this website.

How we use information

Text messages and calls

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself give us permission to send you marketing text messages or automated calls. We will only text you if you check the optional consent box, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you text us by tapping a "Text Us" button, your own messaging app sends the message from your phone.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to inquiries, or with third parties when you ask us to explore options on your behalf, or when required by law.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are visited and whether contact buttons or forms are used. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security and retention

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to authorized personnel. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at 929-757-8018. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
